Two detached summerhouses will be constructed on the top of a hill in the outskirts of Mykonos. Each house will be situated in its piece of land of approximately 4.000 m2 each. The location allows for great privacy while being within proximity of the sandy beaches, at a 4km distance from Mykonos town and 5km from Mykonos airport. Due to the supreme location of the land, both properties enjoy unobstructed views of the Aegean sea and the famous sunset towards the islands of Tinos and Delos.

Each villa has a total area of 350 m2, in two levels, following the slopes of the ground. Comfort, simplicity, and luxury were kept in mind while designing the villas. Highlights of soft colors, local materials, like whitewashed walls, white painted wood, and stone, all combine perfectly.

Each house has magnificent outdoor areas designed to appeal to guests with a variety of amenities. The 85 m2 private pool plays a central role on the front terrace with a spacious shaded lounge area stretching to a pool bar with sea views. A heated outdoor Jacuzzi is available for more relaxation
The pergolas are covered to give shadow and heat protection to the external bar and dining areas. The furniture is creating a unique combination of Ethnic Chic, natural, modern and comfortable style. The infinity pools end up to a waterfall towards the descending hills and are skillfully illuminated to create a starlit sky atmosphere during the night. Traditional architecture, enriched by minimal artistic touches elegantly mingle with the island’s environment.
There is also covered parking space for two cars and extra space for another three.
